Young People @ Enderby CofE

Me and Juliette were talking about the website the other day, messing around suggesting strange and random ideas for posts on the site but one in particular caut my attention “Prolonged exposure to Juliette Greives”

Juliette has been my friend since year 3. We both played violin, we both were smart and generally top of the class, and we played the same imagineary games that everyone else was growing out of. There is one major difference between us though, I as you know am a christian but Juliette is a convinced Atheist and as we got older we both became more pronounced in our veiws…..

In christian books and whatever everyone tells you never to be friends with atheists but i think nearly everyone will say this is almost impossible. Granted me and Juliette are not as close any more but we can both respect each others opinions to a certain degree. Juliette still finds oppertunity to show her side of the story though

this has given me a rare oppertunity to see what other people would not dare to say to a christian even if it might not cause any offence. We are surrounded by non-christians and i think we should try to get along with non-christians and you might see a new  section of our religion that you wouldnt have seen before…
